Our coaches generally work in a one-to-one relationship that is designed to facilitate the exploration of needs, motivations, desires, skills and thought processes. The coaching that we provide  is not necessarily a remedial activity that is used to assist in the resolution of a particular problem or issue.  It is a highly effective tool to improve the performance of high functioning individuals and teams.

Our relational coaching process is designed to create a climate in which there are clearly understood and agreed expectations in such areas as:

The overall coaching approach is integrative, and is supported by theories and principles from various sources including psychological therapies (particularly Gestalt), organisational development research and the field of executive coaching. This leads to a learning conversation where the client will be asked to explore:

  • What they have assumed about their organisation and how this impacts on how they relate to it.
  • How they relate to other people in their organisation.
  • What assumptions and values they bring to both of these relationships.
