We help our clients explore their needs, motivations, desires, skills and thought processes. Our relational coaching approach allows individuals to achieve personal and professional change.
We work with leaders and their teams to explore their contribution to an organisation and how they can work more effectively. We help you develop greater self-awareness and use this as a catalyst to build your personal and organisational capability over time.
Positive Psychology Coaching and Interventions
We work with individuals and teams to develop Positive Psychology Interventions. These are theoretically-grounded and empirically-validated instructions, activities, and recommendations that are designed to enhance wellbeing.
Using Person Centred Art Therapy and Dyadic Developmental Practice to provide a safe space to explore and address challenging emotional issues.
Innovation and Organisational Change
The world, society and markets are rapidly changing. Individuals and companies that cannot innovate will not survive. We do not offer a standard approach to innovation or organisational change. We will work with you to examine the strategy of your business, your current levels of resource and capability, and then develop a bespoke innovation and change approach that is right for your organisation.
We can support you when individuals, teams and businesses are struggling. We engage in constructive and honest discussions across the organisation to identify the gap between current and expected performance. We then work in partnership with the leadership and delivery teams to develop a performance improvement approach that will resolve these issues.
Getting the best out of a meeting or an event can be hard. Let us facilitate these sessions for you. We work with you and your team to help them have more interesting conversations, work towards agreement and decide what must be delivered in the future. We will be a trusted and neutral voice, helping the team focus on the process of the meeting, while they remain entirely in control of its content and outcomes.
